Operations Team


Our Operations team ensures that our guests get a first class service when renting a house or apartment through us and thoroughly enjoy their stay.

The team has the overall responsibility for the management of the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams, working closely with our Guest Relations, Reservations and Sales teams, which means that they are extremely well organised, good at planning and have the ability to work on several different projects at once.

The team carefully plans and schedules any servicing or maintenance which needs to be done at any of our locations. They are also responsible for planning and directing the set up of any new houses or apartments that esa acquires. The number one priority for this team is to ensure that our guests are going to have a happy and comfortable stay.
