Their responsibilities include handling enquiries via telephone, email, the website and in person, managing bookings, organising viewing requests, arranging check-in times and ensuring that the esa team is delivering accommodation to the highest possible standard.

As it is their duty to ensure that our guests have a hassle free stay, it is important that our team is very organised, can work well under pressure and remain friendly at all times.
