what would you tell a potential applicant about esa?

If you want to be part of a rapidly growing company, which challenges you and makes you think on your feet, then esa is the place for you.

what do you like most about your job?
In my role I meet a variety of people, including landlords, engineers and guests. I also work alongside Housekeepers, the Guest Relations team & the Operations team, ensuring we deliver the best experience we can.

what has your career path been at esa?
I started as a Housekeeper, moving on to the Response team. This involved travelling to a number of the different locations, helping out where needed and setting up new apartments. I was given the opportunity to become Response Supervisor and from there I became Housekeeping Supervisor for Newbury, managing a team of 7 Housekeepers.

what is your favourite thing about working at esa?
Apart from the day to day running of Housekeeping, it's the people I value the most. I work with lots of different departments in the business and enjoy having a laugh with all my colleagues.

what would you tell a potential applicant about esa?

I have always found esa to be a great place to work, with many opportunities available.

what do you like most about your job?
I love the variation that my job offers - no day is ever the same.

what has your career path been at esa?
I started at esa in 2012 as a Client Relationship Executive, supporting the Client Relationship Managers in administration, reporting and securing new business. This soon evolved and I was given a small account portfolio of my own. In July 2014 I applied internally for the Property Acquisition and Investor Relations Executive Role, as I felt that I needed a new challenge. As part of my induction to the role I spent 4 months assisting the setup team in Operations, which was very useful as it enabled me to see a completely different side to the business. By November 2014 I had started my new role and I am still fully enjoying the challenge.

what is your favourite thing about working at esa?
The people, I really enjoy working with the team at esa.

what would you tell a potential applicant about esa?

It is an exciting company to work for and it is growing quickly.

what do you like most about your job?
The constant change and the different situations that you come across during your working day keeps things interesting.

what has your career path been at esa?
I started as Guest Relationship Manager, helping to provide a high quality service for our guests. More recently, I have been promoted to Acting Guest Relations and Operations Director, taking on responsibilities for a larger department.

what is your favourite thing about working at esa?
The esa team. We work well together.

what do you like most about your job?
With a background in hospitality, I have always enjoyed communicating with a variety of different people. My role at esa involves dealing with a range of clients and agents, which I find interesting.

what has your career path been at esa?
As a newcomer to esa, I'm learning more about the serviced apartment industry and relishing a fresh new challenge.

what is your favourite thing about working at esa?
I really enjoy working with my colleagues. We work well as a team and there is always a huge amount of energy in the office.

what would you tell a potential applicant about esa?

It's a friendly, welcoming team and the fast paced environment means that no day is the same. It's interesting seeing the changes as the company grows.

what do you like most about your job?
I like how varied it is, I'm always doing something new and every task is different.

what has your career path been at esa?
I first joined as a Marketing Assistant, supporting the team with the Home Information Packs project. I then joined HR to help out with Resourcing. This sparked my interest in HR and has led me to discover more about the function and the business, with the idea of going into a career within HR.

what is your favourite thing about working at esa?
The team, I love how friendly everyone is.
