Primarily his role is setting the strategy for HR, managing the HR team day to day and providing guidance and coaching to the executive management team on the people agenda and company culture as we grow as an organisation. Dan also oversees talent management, learning and development, social committee and remuneration committee within esa and finally ensuring the business is compliant with all aspects of employment law and legislation.
